Dealer Relationship Executive – Auctions

Responsibilities

• Manage daily wholesale auctions and ensure smooth execution from vehicle listing to final sale
• Enroll, develop, and maintain an active network of wholesale dealers across the UAE
• Increase dealer engagement, participation, and active bidding through regular communication
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Pricing, and Wholesale teams to prepare and list vehicles accurately
• Monitor auction performance, including bid activity, conversion rates, and profitability
• Promote and manage dealer credit facilities and coordinate with Finance for collections
• Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale dealers to ensure excellent customer service
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure timely vehicle handover and delivery

Requirements

• University Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• 1–2 years of experience in the automotive industry (used cars, wholesale, or auctions preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic analytical reporting
• Good organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the UAE/GCC automotive market
• Experience with online auction platforms or dealer management systems
• Valid UAE Driving Licence
• Arabic language skills
