About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide instructional mentorship to Guest Experience Managers (GEM) on CX behavioral architecture
- Mentor Dealer Principals and Departmental Managers to refine leadership and business abilities
- Conduct root cause analysis on internal and external data to identify CX friction points
- Create and implement bespoke action plans to improve dealership CX scores and performance
- Lead high-impact coaching sessions for Sales and Service staff to improve guest interactions
- Advise Dealer Principals on performance health checks regarding management and dealership culture
- Ensure effective application of Ford business resources and tools in daily operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Marketing
- 5–10 years in leadership coaching, consulting, or dealership management
- Proven track record of transforming managers into strategic leaders
- Familiarity with South African automotive regulations and consumer standards
- Strong commercial acumen regarding profit and loss and dealership operations
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or postgraduate qualification
- Coaching or leadership certification (e.g., ICF-accredited)
- Previous automotive dealership experience
