Dealer Network Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management and administration of the Prestige Standards program, including governance, communications, and reporting.
• Drive the long-term strategic evolution and future-state development of dealer capability initiatives.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, implementation plans, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Commercial, Service, Sales, Marketing, CX, and Field teams.
• Facilitate collaboration with dealer committees and stakeholders to drive program adoption.
• Develop executive-level presentations, scorecards, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Analyze dealer performance data and customer experience metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead change management activities, including communication planning and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of project/program management experience, OR
• Master's degree and at least 1 year of project/program management experience, OR
• At least 5 years of project/program management experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US on an unrestricted basis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional business initiatives or programs.
• Familiarity with change management principles and organizational adoption strategies.
• Experience working with dealer operations, dealership performance programs, or network standards.
• Experience with KPI development, performance measurement, and business intelligence tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or related analytics tools.
