About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage dealer network development to meet incremental sales goals for Nissan and Infiniti brands.
- Negotiate terms and conditions for dealership franchise changes, including ownership and location shifts.
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-performing dealer operators to expand the network.
- Present dealership changes and business commitments to the Dealer Network Committee and senior executives.
- Provide regional support, coaching, and counseling to dealership owners and regional management.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to ensure all documentation accurately reflects brand obligations.
- Coordinate with real estate representatives to develop business cases for new dealership locations.
- Analyze market studies and sales results to influence future network strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 10 years of automotive industry experience.
- Proven Nissan field experience as a District Operations Manager (DOM) or Assistant General Manager (AGM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to create data-driven presentations.
- Ability to travel domestically extensively (75% or more).
- Strong ability to build trust and manage complex financial dealer operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive retail automotive experience.
- MBA degree.
