Dealer Network Capability Manager

Responsibilities

• Evolve and manage the dealer network properties framework, including facilities, branding, and mobile maintenance
• Translate customer experience expectations into dealer network properties and maturity levels
• Coordinate across multiple functions to increase the maturity of individual dealer properties
• Evolve dealer relationship management by improving contracts and incentive frameworks
• Integrate emerging industry trends such as autonomous vehicles, eCommerce, and battery electric vehicles into contract frameworks
• Drive the implementation of new contracts and incentives across the US and Canadian dealer networks
• Co-create strategies with dealer network leadership across all dimensions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of project/program management experience, OR
• Master's degree and 5+ years of project/program management experience, OR
• 12+ years of project/program management experience
• At least 2 years of lead experience
• Legal authorization to work in the US on an unrestricted basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial vehicle distribution channels or similar industries
• Understanding of dealer business processes and related financials
• Experience with industry-related software (DMS, WebGIS, Dealer Financials, etc.)
• Experience with commercial distribution contracts, licenses, and incentives
• Strong data-driven analytical capabilities and cross-functional collaboration skills
