Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full execution of client transactions, ensuring best execution standards and operational excellence.
• Monitor and manage dealing desk operations, including order reception, transmission, and execution across multiple platforms.
• Take ownership of daily dealing procedures, reports, and performance metrics to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for complex client queries related to trading.
• Monitor and analyze trading system performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Stay updated on market developments, economic events, and regulatory changes.
• Mentor and guide junior dealers to support team development and consistent performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve dealing processes, systems, and workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a dealing, trading operations, or capital markets role within a CIF, bank, or regulated financial institution.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and trading platform mechanics.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work a permanent night shift.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with trading platforms (MT4/MT5 preferred).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
