About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing dealership partners, acting as a trusted advisor to owners, GMs, and F&I managers.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new dealer partners to drive sign-ups and first deals.
- Re-engage inactive dealers to return them to production and ensure long-term loyalty.
- Achieve monthly funding and application volume goals, focusing on Tier 3–5 segments.
- Partner with underwriting and credit teams to structure deals effectively and educate dealers on program guidelines.
- Monitor dealer portfolio performance, including delinquency and profitability, to ensure alignment with risk appetite.
- Conduct regular in-person dealership visits and provide ongoing product and process training.
- Manage territory activity and track performance through CRM tools like Salesforce.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in indirect auto finance, auto sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of credit tiers, loan structuring, and dealership operations.
- Proven ability to build professional relationships and drive sales growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and territory planning abilities.
- Ability to travel locally for significant field time.
- Must be a resident of Florida.
