Dealer Development Agent

Responsibilities

• Evaluate dormant, inactive, and underperforming dealer relationships to determine reactivation, restriction, or transition recommendations.
• Exercise independent judgment on credit application decisioning, credit policy exceptions, and deal structure recommendations.
• Monitor dealer risk by analyzing application behavior, delinquency indicators, and portfolio trends.
• Analyze data from Tableau, CRM, and funding reports to identify performance trends and operational gaps.
• Conduct strategic dealer outreach to evaluate intent, resolve business issues, and influence dealer behavior.
• Recommend improvements to workflows, reactivation criteria, and dealer transition standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of credit decisions, dealer evaluations, and portfolio actions for compliance and audit purposes.
