About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage effective dealer management across various strategic initiatives and partnership development programs
- Drive dealer digitization efforts and the implementation/utilization of Salesforce CRM
- Plan and execute annual partnership development programs, dealer meets, and training calendars
- Monitor dealership sales organization adequacy and identify training needs (TNI)
- Oversee dealer appointments, statutory agreements, and organizational compliance (e.g., ISO standards)
- Manage Gold Star programs for Sales, Uptime, and Parts to boost competence
- Conduct dealer evaluations and audits to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent field
- 10+ years of dealer management experience, specifically within the Construction Equipment or similar industry
- Proven expertise in project management with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and industry standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively to management
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively
