Dealer Dev & Sales Competence Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage effective dealer management across various strategic initiatives and partnership development programs
• Drive dealer digitization efforts and the implementation/utilization of Salesforce CRM
• Plan and execute annual partnership development programs, dealer meets, and training calendars
• Monitor dealership sales organization adequacy and identify training needs (TNI)
• Oversee dealer appointments, statutory agreements, and organizational compliance (e.g., ISO standards)
• Manage Gold Star programs for Sales, Uptime, and Parts to boost competence
• Conduct dealer evaluations and audits to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent field
• 10+ years of dealer management experience, specifically within the Construction Equipment or similar industry
• Proven expertise in project management with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and industry standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively to management
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively
