Responsibilities
- Identify niche vertical market software companies aligned with acquisition strategy
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, and meetings to engage founders and CEOs
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with software entrepreneurs
- Assist in initial evaluation of targets by analyzing financial and operational data
- Maintain and grow the deal pipeline through active sourcing
- Collaborate with M&A and leadership teams during due diligence and execution
- Support deal negotiations by coordinating communication between stakeholders
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in M&A business development, sales, or related fields
- Experience in outreach, relationship-building, or lead generation
- Basic understanding of financial statements, SaaS models, or M&A processes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
