Responsibilities

• Work through a steady queue of operational tasks each day, processing new contracts and employee records with speed and accuracy
• Enter and validate deal data across systems, ensuring field accuracy
• Set up new employee records following country-specific processes
• Review and process new hire forms to confirm information completeness
• Handle routine contract updates including currency adjustments and amendments
• Keep ticket records current by logging notes and updating statuses
• Flag process deviations to senior team members with clear context
• Communicate with Sales and Onboarding partners via Slack
• Follow documented processes and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience in data entry, operations support, administrative, or customer support
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with high-volume, process-driven work
• Reliability and ability to work through task lists independently
• Basic comfort with software systems and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Clear, professional communication style over chat and email

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to CRM (Salesforce), contract management tools, or ERP systems
• Experience in SaaS, HR tech, payroll, or global employment environments
• Familiarity with international employment concepts
