Deal Management Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Review and process deal requests submitted by sales teams
• Validate pricing, discount structures, licensing models, and commercial terms
• Coordinate approvals with Finance, Pricing, Sales Leadership, and other cross-functional stakeholders
• Support quote creation, deal structuring, and non-standard commercial requests
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of deal information before submission
• Track deal progress and engage stakeholders to ensure timely closure
• Review business cases for pricing exceptions and strategic opportunities
• Identify commercial risks and support adherence to internal governance
• Generate reports on deal volume, approval trends, and operational metrics
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Provide operational support across multiple regions in a shift-based environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or Management
• 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
• Experience supporting enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or technology sales
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies and discounting frameworks
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
• Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or equivalent tools
• Strong analytical, reporting, and Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global sales teams across multiple geographies
• Familiarity with subscription-based and recurring revenue business models
• Understanding of end-to-end commercial and sales transaction lifecycles
• Experience working within pricing governance and commercial compliance environments
• Exposure to revenue, margin, and profitability considerations
