Deal Desk Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales organization to act as a trusted advisor for the deal construct and negotiation process of complex transactions
• Coordinate information flow across Sales, Services, Legal, Revenue Accounting, and Operations to facilitate the deal process
• Ensure deal review and approval processes follow company policies and guidelines
• Help set and implement policies, processes, and procedures in partnership with other company functions
• Use AI-assisted deal workflows and automation tooling to accelerate review cycles and analyze commercial trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related area
• 5 years of experience in deal desk, finance, contracts, or sales operations
• Ability to read, understand, and draft contractual business terms and conditions
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles and US GAAP
• Experience with SaaS and Consumption business models
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or related advanced degree
• Previous experience with complex contract negotiations and long sales cycles
