Deal Desk Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deal support for complex new business and renewal opportunities
• Partner with Sales to structure creative, compliant commercial solutions that balance competitiveness with margin protection
• Build and review detailed financial models to assess deal economics and long-term revenue impact
• Manage deal approval workflows and ensure compliance with pricing policies and governance
• Act as a strategic advisor to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to facilitate timely approvals
• Identify and mitigate revenue leakage risks and optimize deal desk workflows for scalability

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Finance, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations
• Strong financial modeling capabilities and advanced Excel skills
• Proven experience supporting complex commercial agreements and pricing strategies
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and maintain executive presence
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in media, ad tech, SaaS, or platform-based business models
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Background in renewal strategy or pricing optimization
