Deal Desk Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Deal Desk resources and lead quotes and pricing approvals
• Oversee the entire internal deal process to ensure seamless movement through the sales cycle
• Verify and validate the accuracy of signed paperwork, including Order Documents and Purchase Orders
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure accurate creation and tracking of opportunities in Salesforce
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Revenue Accounting, Product) to ensure deal compliance
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving tools or contracts-related issues
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the sales team on complex deal-related matters
• Drive strategic projects to enhance productivity and simplify sales cycle processes
• Partner with Analytics teams to maintain data quality in Salesforce and Ironclad

Requirements

• Proven managerial experience in Deal Desk operations
• Proficiency in spreadsheet management and systems management, particularly Salesforce
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, international business environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead remote teams
