We are a lean, fast-moving team defining a new category at the biggest shift in marketing in 25 years.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to AEs on deal structure, pricing, and commercial terms
  • Partner with Sales on new business, expansion, and renewal deals
  • Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Finance, and Legal
  • Own the quote-to-sign lifecycle, including validating pricing and generating order forms
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene and partner with RevOps to automate workflows
  • Design and implement approval workflows, escalation paths, and SLA standards
  • Develop pricing guidelines, discount approval matrices, and deal structuring playbooks
  • Identify opportunities for AI to reduce manual overhead and increase deal velocity
  • Support commercial and pricing sections of RFP/RFI responses

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Hands-on experience supporting enterprise sales cycles
  • Proven track record of building or improving deal desk processes
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (or HubSpot), CPQ, and CLM platforms
  • Experience building AI automations to eliminate manual work
  • Strong understanding of SaaS economics and commercial terms
  • Ability to work onsite in NYC or San Francisco

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing models
  • Working knowledge of ASC 606
  • Experience evaluating or rolling out a CLM platform (Ironclad, Juro, DocuSign CLM, etc.)
