Deal Desk Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in structuring and configuring deals under defined guidelines and approval frameworks
• Support standard deal motions and escalate non-standard terms or pricing
• Process post-sales contractual changes including amendments and restructures
• Ensure accurate documentation, approvals, and system updates
• Serve as operational support for Sales, Legal, Finance, and RevRec inquiries
• Enter and validate opportunity, quote, and order data in Salesforce
• Maintain data quality across the Quote-to-Bill lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Order Management, or Sales Operations
• Strong focus on accuracy and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple tasks meeting defined SLAs

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based business models
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CPQ tools
• Understanding of quote-to-cash or order management concepts
