DCM Banker - Leveraged Finance - Director

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in raising capital and provide strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and financial transactions.
• Meet revenue and financial goals by establishing and maintaining a pipeline of episodic deals.
• Build and maintain client relationships by providing sophisticated, tailored financial solutions and market trend insights.
• Serve as an expert on regulatory, financial, and complex strategic issues relating to corporate finance transactions.
• Mentor junior bankers and execute staffing models that support business needs and career trajectories.
• Identify and anticipate market risks, including industry, portfolio, and currency risks.
• Ensure all proposed solutions meet internal risk, return, and stringent ethical standards.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in investment banking or a related field.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related area.
• Ability to obtain Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses within 150 days of joining.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
• Extensive experience working within major investment banking institutions.
