DCEO Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and manage data center changes, incidents, and problems from inception to resolution, including root cause analysis and post-mortems.
• Ensure the maintenance and repair of site-critical facility infrastructure are planned and executed effectively.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, emergency response procedures, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage on-site contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with established practices and local legislation.
• Provide 24/7 incident and emergency response, including troubleshooting facility and rack-level events within SLAs.
• Perform facility MEP management, including rack installs and decommissioning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of electrical or mechanical experience.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of data center engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or a similar technical field.
• Knowledge of BMS and EPMS control systems and data collection/trending.
