DC Warehouse Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day department workflows and meeting operational goals
• Resolve daily operational issues and help train or motivate team members
• Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement to increase efficiency and quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Wear a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs when required

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
• Proficiency in multiple core warehouse functions (shipping, receiving, inventory, etc.)
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures
• Computer proficiency and strong organizational skills
• Ability to wear a safety harness
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in warehouse operations, logistics, or delivery
• Proven ability to train others and provide team direction
