DC Warehouse Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day department workflow and meeting operational goals
• Help resolve daily operational issues and assist in training and motivating team members
• Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety harnesses

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Proficiency in multiple core warehouse functions
• Proven understanding of safety regulations and procedures
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency and leadership qualities to provide team direction

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory
• Previous experience training others in a warehouse setting
