DC Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety while following all established standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and participate in housekeeping efforts
• Communicate effectively with team members to support a team-oriented work environment

Requirements

• Ability to work 3rd shift (Monday–Friday, typically starting at 9:00 PM)
• Ability to work overtime and extended hours as needed based on business demands
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, and working at heights up to 30 feet
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements
• Regular and reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment such as stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, or dock stockers
• Experience with or readiness to learn warehouse technology like RF scanners or voice systems
