DC Team Member I/II - Outbound

Responsibilities

• Pull products accurately and efficiently from stock for customer orders using pick lists
• Pack orders carefully to ensure product matches invoices, quantities are correct, and all materials are included
• Ensure products ship in accordance with Department of Transportation regulations, including proper labeling and packaging for hazardous materials
• Perform department-specific cross-training, including cycle counts, inventory control, and stocking
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within a climate-controlled distribution center

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and transport 30 pounds regularly and up to 50-70 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of a shift
• Basic math skills and ability to read/understand English for product descriptions and labels
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed to ensure timely delivery
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse environments is preferred
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, etc.)
