DC Team Member

Responsibilities

• Pull products accurately and efficiently from stock for customer orders using pick lists
• Ensure orders are filled using the earliest expiration dates first
• Pack orders carefully, verifying that products, quantities, and included materials match the customer invoice
• Ship products in accordance with Department of Transportation regulations, including proper labeling and packaging for hazardous materials
• Maintain accurate manifest documents and utilize the most economical shipping methods

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Proficiency in reading and understanding English for product descriptions, labels, and documentation
• Basic math skills to ensure accurate product quantities
• Ability to lift and transport 30 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete for the duration of a shift, including bending, stooping, and reaching
• Willingness to learn to operate material handling equipment such as order pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime as needed to ensure timely delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of work experience in a warehouse or production environment
