DC/QA Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all incoming and outgoing project documents, including engineering drawings, reports, RFIs, and submittals
• Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures, client requirements, and revision control standards
• Implement and maintain the ISO 9001-based Quality Management System (QMS) and Project Quality Management Plans
• Raise, track, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) through to closure
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits, including planning, execution, and corrective action follow-up
• Manage document uploads and workflows within EDMS platforms such as Aconex, SharePoint, or Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Prepare weekly and monthly document control and quality status reports for management and clients
• Ensure consistent branding, formatting, and quality standards across all company documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with advanced computer skills
• 5-8 years of document control and QA experience within an Engineering Consultancy, PMC, or construction environment
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience with EDMS platforms such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or Autodesk Construction Cloud
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
