DC Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics to perform repairs
• Conduct preventive maintenance projects to minimize equipment failure
• Complete and maintain all necessary documentation and maintenance records
• Coordinate with outside vendors to manage necessary repairs
• Follow all safety and environmental policies while performing maintenance tasks
• Assist and provide training to other technicians as required
• Work the night shift schedule (Mon-Thurs, 6:30p-5a) and overtime as needed

Requirements

• 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Certificate in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent experience in electronics, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and drives
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read electrical and electronic schematics
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs
