DC Maintenance Supply Associate

Responsibilities

• Receive and review incoming supplies for accuracy against packing slips
• Enter supply data into the Tofino Supply Tracking System
• Process department orders by scanning Kanban cards and collecting uniform orders
• Pull requested supplies by hand and deliver them to appropriate departments
• Transport supplies from the receiving dock to the supply cage using a golf cart, tugger, or forklift
• Maintain Distribution Center cleanliness using floor sweeper and scrubber equipment
• Perform inventory audits and cycle counts within the supply cage
• Assist with daily mail delivery and water distribution to designated locations

Requirements

• Ability to complete a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work an on-site Monday-Friday schedule (6:00 am - 2:30 pm)
• Experience with supply tracking and inventory handling
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as a forklift or tugger
