DC IT/Run Technician

Responsibilities

• Install and configure servers within the data center environment
• Monitor and repair server hardware to ensure continuous operation
• Perform ongoing maintenance and quality inspections
• Support other departments with infrastructure builds and upgrades
• Maintain accurate technical documentation of the IT infrastructure
• Participate in daily data center activities and status monitoring

Requirements

• Vocational training in IT, computer science, or network technology (or high IT affinity for career changers)
• Solid hardware knowledge with practical hands-on experience
• Experience in network technology
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Manual dexterity and technical troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation
• English language proficiency at a B-level
