DC DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate fleet reliability by owning the end-to-end validation and recovery of server, storage, and network hardware.
• Engineer automated workflows using Ansible and Python to eliminate manual bottlenecks in the deployment lifecycle.
• Drive root cause resolution by leading deep-dive troubleshooting for complex hardware and software failures.
• Architect comprehensive technical runbooks and infrastructure diagrams to standardize processes for global DevOps and R&D communities.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to Datacenter Operations teams to elevate service delivery SLAs.

Requirements

• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Linux administration.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise hardware (Cisco, Brocade, Supermicro), including BIOS configurations and storage networking.
• Demonstrated ability to write production-grade Python scripts.
• Experience managing infrastructure via configuration management platforms like Ansible or Puppet.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume ticketing queues using Jira.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/ESXi) and containerization (Docker).
