DC Controller

Responsibilities

• Oversee balance sheet integrity and maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance through rigorous month-end close processes
• Act as a strategic business partner to the Site Leader, managing all aspects of distribution center financial operations
• Deliver timely operational financial reports, including variance analysis to assess and enhance site results
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and actuals
• Lead cross-functional cost reduction initiatives in partnership with engineering, procurement, and site operations
• Develop business cases and support strategic decision-making to maximize efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
• 5-7 years of Finance or Controllership experience, preferably with a large or publicly traded company
• Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and Oracle
• Advanced MS Office skills and strong background with information technology
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manipulate and summarize large data sets into actionable insights
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to present at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management and accounting
• Experience with AS400 systems
• Continuous improvement mindset
