DC Controller, MAC Tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee the balance sheet and maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance by leading a rigorous month-end close process
• Act as a strategic business partner to the Site Leader, managing all aspects of the distribution center’s financial operations
• Develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Deliver timely and accurate operational financial reports, including variance analysis to assess site results
• Prepare and manage annual actuals, forecasts, and budgets
• Lead cross-functional cost reduction initiatives in partnership with engineering, procurement, and site operations
• Drive negotiations with key vendors in collaboration with procurement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA is a plus)
• 5-7 years of Finance or Controllership experience, preferably with a large or publicly traded company
• Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, and Oracle experience is required
• Advanced MS Office skills and a strong background with information technology
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and summarize large data sets into actionable insights
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to present to all levels of management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory-related financial management
• Experience with AS400 systems
• Continuous improvement mindset and experience with lean methodologies
