DC CDL Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods to and from distribution centers
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries by following strict schedules
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure flawless operation
• Load and unload cargo in compliance with company standards
• Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service records
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local driving laws and regulations
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to successfully implement delivery schedules

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) Class A or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of safe driving with no major violations
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Availability to start shifts between 5:00 am and 6:00 am, Monday to Friday
• Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills
