About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage operational tasks for defined contribution plans in compliance with plan provisions
  • Process participant records, payroll, data queries, and documentation
  • Maintain pension data and perform benefit calculations
  • Review documents and compile indexes to facilitate efficient information searches
  • Coordinate with fulfillment teams for letters and necessary documentation
  • Support special projects and assist DC associates with day-to-day activities
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and identify process improvement ideas
  • Accurately bill time to ensure correct client invoicing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 1-2 years of professional work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software
  • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Defined Contributions administration
  • Certifications in US Benefits
  • High integrity and discretion regarding sensitive client data
  • Ability to work effectively in both team and individual environments
  • Ability to manage priorities in a high-paced, fast-moving environment
