About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of the facility, grounds, building systems, and AutoStore systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and generators
  • Maintain and coordinate required testing for Fire/Life Safety systems to ensure compliance
  • Support day-to-day facility needs including equipment setup, minor repairs, and general upkeep
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for all building systems
  • Identify and address safety hazards while strictly following all PPE requirements

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in maintenance, automation, or a similar technical role
  • Experience with automated systems, conveyors, or robotics
  • Hands-on experience using tools to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills for tracking and managing work
  • Ability to work 3rd shift (Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM)
  • Ability to work overtime as needed based on business demands

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving environment
