About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of the facility, grounds, building systems, and AutoStore systems to monitor performance.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, and other equipment.
  • Maintain and coordinate required testing for Fire/Life Safety systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support day-to-day facility needs, including equipment setup, minor repairs, and general upkeep of interior and exterior spaces.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and ongoing services.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for all building systems and equipment.
  • Identify and address safety hazards while strictly following all safety policies and PPE requirements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance, automation, or a similar technical role.
  • Hands-on experience using tools to troubleshoot, repair, and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills for tracking and managing work via software.
  • Ability to work 3rd shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00pm – 3:30am) and overtime as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with automated systems, conveyors, or robotics.
  • Prior experience working in a warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving environment.
