DC Associate

Responsibilities

• Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage, production areas, loading docks, or delivery vehicles using forklifts or other industrial vehicles
• Read and attach identifying tags to containers, materials, or product packaging
• Communicate with Distribution Administration to ensure timely and complete delivery of products and equipment
• Inspect incoming trailers and containers and document any damage to equipment or products
• Use computer inventory systems to track and maintain accurate inventory records
• Maintain a safe and accident-free environment by adhering to safety standards and reporting issues to supervisors
• Perform general housekeeping tasks including shoveling, sweeping, and cleaning work areas and machinery

Requirements

• Forklift experience is required
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED preferred (experience will be considered in lieu of education)
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts on C Shift (6:30 PM - 4:30 AM)
• Ability to work in environments with extreme temperatures, loud noises, and odors

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
