Responsibilities

• Implement standards, recommendations, and best practices
• Ensure database availability and performance
• Provide direct support for databases (installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup, recovery)
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Manage disaster recovery and maintain performance

Requirements

• Mastery of RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server)
• Mastery of SQL languages
• Good knowledge of technical English
• Customer service orientation
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Diagnostic capabilities
