About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the security of the building and the safety of residents
- Respond to telephone calls, receive and log deliveries, and handle general enquiries
- Monitor resident compliance with lease regulations regarding noise and common areas
- Maintain a central daily logbook and up-to-date emergency contact lists
- Assist contractors with site access, keys, and background information
- Report health, fire safety, and maintenance issues to the Managing Agent
- Perform regular security patrols and inspect common areas for obstructions or hazards
- Manage parcel deliveries for residents
- Inspect lighting, door locks, and drainage systems, reporting faults as necessary
- Maintain stock levels for cleaning products, stationery, and household items
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain a smart and professional appearance
