About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the security of the building and the safety of residents
  • Respond to telephone calls, receive and log deliveries, and handle general enquiries
  • Monitor resident compliance with lease regulations regarding noise and common areas
  • Maintain a central daily logbook and up-to-date emergency contact lists
  • Assist contractors with site access, keys, and background information
  • Report health, fire safety, and maintenance issues to the Managing Agent
  • Perform regular security patrols and inspect common areas for obstructions or hazards
  • Manage parcel deliveries for residents
  • Inspect lighting, door locks, and drainage systems, reporting faults as necessary
  • Maintain stock levels for cleaning products, stationery, and household items

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain a smart and professional appearance
