Dayforce Payroll Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for Dayforce Payroll implementations
• Lead client discovery sessions and translate requirements into configuration
• Configure Dayforce Payroll modules including earnings, deductions, taxes, and pay groups
• Support payroll cycle planning, testing, and client readiness activities
• Advise clients on payroll administration best practices and compliance
• Perform payroll data audits and ensure data integrity
• Provide post-go-live support for payroll processing and year-end activities
• Support payroll-related integrations and file feeds

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field
• 3–5 years of software or HRIS implementation experience focused on Payroll Administration
• Hands-on experience implementing payroll within SaaS/Cloud HCM platforms
• Experience with systems such as Ceridian Dayforce, Workday, UKG, ADP, or SAP
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, taxes, and compliance
• Experience in business process mapping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple client workstreams simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and XML
• Change management experience
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce specifically
