Dayforce Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
• Lead client discovery sessions and document business requirements
• Configure Ceridian DayForce modules to meet client needs
• Facilitate solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
• Advise clients on DayForce best practices to maximize ROI
• Develop SQL scripts and XML transformations for integrations and interfaces
• Support Organizational Readiness activities to prepare clients for solution rollout

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of software implementation experience
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud solutions, ideally HRIS/HCM platforms
• Experience with systems such as Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, Kronos, or Oracle
• Proficiency in SQL and XML
• Strong understanding of HCM processes and workflows
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ceridian DayForce
• Change management experience
