Dayforce Benefits Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for Dayforce Benefits implementations
• Lead client discovery sessions and translate requirements into Dayforce configuration
• Configure Dayforce Benefits modules including plan setup, eligibility, and enrollment rules
• Support open enrollment planning, configuration, testing, and client readiness
• Facilitate solution design, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment
• Partner with Project Managers to provide updates on tasks, timelines, and risks
• Advise clients on benefits administration best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors
• Ensure accuracy of employee and benefits data through audits
• Support benefits-related integrations and carrier file feeds

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field
• 3–5 years of software or HRIS implementation experience focused on Benefits Administration
• Hands-on experience implementing benefits and open enrollment within SaaS/Cloud HCM platforms
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce, Workday, UKG, ADP, Ultimate, SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft
• Strong understanding of benefits processes including eligibility, enrollments, and life events
• Experience leading annual open enrollment cycles
• Experience in business process mapping
• Working knowledge of benefits-related data files and integrations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong facilitation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and XML
• Change management experience
