Day to Day Manager, Creators & Creatives

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a roster of creators and creative talent
• Manage inbound and outbound opportunities including brand partnerships, content, appearances, and collaborations
• Coordinate deal flow by tracking opportunities, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
• Liaise between talent, brands, agencies, production teams, and internal stakeholders
• Support contract processes by reviewing scopes, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with legal and senior management
• Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and strategy teams to shape ideas and executions
• Track campaign performance and deliverables to ensure timely completion

Requirements

• Experience working with creators, creatives, artists, or talent (agency, management, brand, or production background)
• Familiarity with brand partnerships, content workflows, and creative campaigns
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Deep interest in creators, creatives, and internet-driven culture
• Proficiency with email, calendars, decks, and project trackers
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate effectively to build trust with talent
