Day Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day shift operations team, including product scheduling, machine operation, and maintenance
• Facilitate site safety, standard process control, and team coordination
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and mitigate risk to ensure on-time delivery
• Champion safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and grow the team to develop their technical capabilities and foster a collaborative culture

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a team environment
• Exposure to a manufacturing or operational environment
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills
• A strong customer focus and the ability to manage ambiguity and change
• Commitment to personal safety and the wellbeing of others
