Day Program Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, assignment of tasks, and review of work quality.
• Provide direct emotional and physical support to members, including crisis intervention when required.
• Implement and monitor person-centered plans to support individual goals and desired outcomes.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment by following all safety regulations, emergency procedures, and medication administration protocols.
• Provide safe transportation for members to various locations using program vehicles.
• Maintain accurate documentation regarding program activities, incidents, member funds, and vehicle maintenance.
• Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members.
• Facilitate community engagement and social interaction opportunities for members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
• Strong documentation and administrative skills.
• Experience with person-centered planning and supporting individuals with diverse needs.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with demonstrated safe driving skills.
• Ability to handle moderate physical hazards and work in a fast-paced environment.
