Day Program Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide vocational supports to individuals with disabilities, including work skills and choice-making assistance
• Manage overall site operations including medical, financial, and maintenance aspects
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and support individual health and nutrition
• Oversee program implementation, continuity, and community integration
• Serve as a primary role model for staff by providing supervision, guidance, and training
• Facilitate family involvement and manage individual finances and educational programs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
• Prior supervisory or management experience
• Strong computer skills for documentation and reporting
• Valid Driver's License for transporting persons served
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a successful background clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience specifically within a day program setting
