Day Porter

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect and maintain the upkeep of common areas, lobbies, corridors, and conference rooms
• Monitor, clean, and restock office kitchens, cafes, and coffee stations
• Perform routine checks of restrooms to ensure they are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked
• Promptly address accidental spills, trash removal, and immediate cleaning needs
• Support the workplace experience team with light setup and breakdown of meeting spaces and catering
• Track supply levels and coordinate with office management for replenishments

Requirements

• Professional and courteous demeanor suitable for a corporate environment
• Keen eye for cleanliness, order, and presentation
• Prior experience in corporate office cleaning, luxury hospitality, or premium residential porter services preferred
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to remain on feet for extended periods and walk multiple floors
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs
