Day off Relief Multi Shift Production

Responsibilities

• Provide versatile coverage across various production roles and shifts to ensure continuous operations
• Operate diverse equipment including HTST, starter makers, vat operators, RMC operators, and packaging machinery
• Adhere strictly to all USDA, GMP, and safety regulations to maintain food quality and safety
• Obtain a pasteurizer’s license and a forklift operator's license
• Maintain a clear, orderly, and neat work area in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
• Perform sanitation clean-up and other assigned duties as required by business needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex machinery
• Proficiency in math, statistical, and computer skills
• Good communication skills and ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (35°F to 130°F) and environments involving moving mechanical parts
