About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a DW Architect for tool evaluation and proof of concepts
- Manage enterprise application portfolio rationalization and data migration roadmaps
- Design data models, ETL, metadata, cubes, and drill through reports
- Implement DW data population techniques including Star Schemas, Snowflake Schemas, and 1-3NF data models
- Handle error/suspension processing, data cleansing, and performance design
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience as a DW Architect on enterprise-scale implementations
- Extensive experience with IBM InfoSphere suite (DataStage, Information Analyzer, QualityStage, Metadata WorkBench)
- Proficiency with SAP Business Objects, Cognos, SAP BW, and SAP BI
- Knowledge of data discovery tools and ETL/ELT techniques
