Radiant is a fast-growing GPU-as-a-Service provider, delivering scalable, high-performance compute infrastructure purpose-built for AI and HPC workloads. Operating across global data centres, we run mission-critical environments where uptime, throughput, and ultra-low latency are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

  • Own and direct day-to-day operations at the Paris-Saclay site, providing technical leadership to Datacentre Operations Engineers
  • Set and enforce site-level operational standards for hardware handling, cooling operations, and SLA delivery
  • Lead site commissioning from physical infrastructure readiness through to operational steady state
  • Establish and own working practices for advanced liquid cooling systems, including CDU commissioning and coolant loop management
  • Define safe working procedures for ultra-high-density compute platforms like NVIDIA NVL72 and busbar-based power distribution
  • Manage site-level capacity across power, space, and cooling dimensions
  • Lead rapid diagnosis and resolution of hardware and network issues to maximize uptime
  • Manage vendor relationships, RMA processes, and on-site hardware assets
  • Mentor engineers and manage performance on the ground

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or 10+ years of relevant industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience in data centre operations, HPC, or related roles with technical leadership experience
  • Proven track record working with HPC NVIDIA GPU or equivalent systems
  • Hands-on experience with Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) systems (CDU, coolant loops, leak detection)
  • Expertise in ultra-high-density compute platforms (e.g., NVIDIA NVL72) or high-density power distribution
  • Strong capacity management capability (power, space, and cooling modeling)
  • Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, firmware management, and network configuration
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and service operation best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of large-scale private cloud deployments and capacity planning
  • Qualifications in HVAC management and deployments
  • Certifications in Hardware, Networking, or Data Centre facilities (e.g., Uptime Institute, CDCP)
  • ITIL Foundation level qualification
