The firm trades over $250bn a day across 35 countries and leverages world-class research infrastructure to maximize the effectiveness of its proprietary trading algorithms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute deployment of physical infrastructure in APAC datacentres and support global operations
  • Supervise and execute large projects such as colocation setup, expansions, and equipment moves
  • Install and maintain well-ordered datacentre infrastructure including structured cabling and power/cooling monitoring
  • Perform server integration work including fitting PCIe cards, NICs, hardware refreshes, and component replacements
  • Coordinate with third parties regarding infrastructure support
  • Produce and maintain operational runbooks, install guides, test plans, and post-change verification
  • Assist with inventory and logistics tasks to support deployments

Requirements

  • 5+ years working in datacentres or infrastructure operations
  • Hands-on experience with switches/routers and low-latency network design (Cisco, Mellanox, or Arista preferred)
  • Proven experience building/operating low-latency trading infrastructure and APAC colocation projects
  • Knowledge of network routing including BGP, OSPF, and multicast routing
  • Experience with server component installs, PCIe cards, firmware updates, and hardware diagnostics
  • Hands-on experience with fibre optics, transceivers (SFP/SFP+/QSFP/DWDM), and optical networking
  • Strong change management, documentation, and verification discipline
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English
  • Flexibility to work weekends or shifted weeks (e.g., Tuesday through Saturday)
